For the second time in four months, West Coast Council will be holding a property auction for properties with years of unpaid rates.
Flex Reality will again be running the auction that will be held at the West Coast Council office at 11 Sticht Street, Queenstown on Wednesday 25 February 2026.
Under the Local Government Act 1993, unpaid rates auctions are permitted and is used as a way for council to recoup lost revenue.
